This is likely the second or third dungeon you'll enter in the Desert Oasis. It is open to explore after you return to the area with Yellow Pikmin. They'll make short work of the electric fence that blocks the way to the hole. It is 6 floors deep and the boss is the Man-at-Legs. The dungeon is in the rusty metal style all the way through.
